‘Aspire, the Lounge and Spa at LHR T5’

Designed by a British architect and interior design team, the ‘Aspire, the Lounge and Spa at LHR T5’ provides a tranquil place for Diners Club® Card members to start their travels in a relaxing way from Heathrow Terminal 5. There is a special 10% discount off all spa treatments within the lounge up to 1 guest per card member.

The spa has a multitude of treatments, from a 20 minute or a 40 minute massages, Oxygen Blast Facial to Warm Crème manicures and pedicures. If the spa treatments are not for you, no worries, there are the Private Rest Pods with a fully reclining chair, personal television and desk. A perfect haven to just relax before your flight; just reserve your pod at the reception desk when you check-in to the lounge.

If you need to work on business, there are several ‘High Bar Work Desks’ with charging plugs with UK, US and USB ports and free Wi-Fi access to the web. The lounge also has an extensive food & drink menu, premium cocktails, plus other amenities to make your travels better.

Directions: 

After security follow the signs to Gate A1-23; Look for signs for the ‘Aspire Lounge and Spa’; The lounge will be adjacent to Gate A18 in the Main Departure Terminal; Passengers departing from the Satellites will need to access the lounge before proceeding to the Satellite Gates.

Lounge  – 05:00 – 22:30 (daily)
The Spa  – 07:00 – 20:00 (daily)

Maximum 3 hour stay – Children under 2 years are admitted free – All children must be accompanied by an adult – Spa services available – Rest Pods available – Food & Beverages (including Champagne) from the Premium menu are subject to payment – Smart casual dress at all times (no football shirts allowed) Washroom facilities available outside the lounge – Non-smoking. ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE: 22 Euros.
