Caramelized honey & apple puddings, yogurt cream (using old apples, bread crumbs, eggs, ground almonds, cream, yogurt) Process: place honey in saucepan and bring to simmer, add in grated apple when honey has browned. Combine with egg, cream, ground almonds & breadcrumbs. Portion into ramekins and bake for 12 minutes. Meanwhile, whip cream then fold in yogurt. Time: 25 mins
